Is he playing tonight? Any word other than CBS saying he tweeked it and is questionable?

Nomar is out of the lineup tonight and is considered day to day.

[Nomar Garciaparra (knee) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Padres. Olmedo Saenz is getting the start at first base and batting cleanup in manager Grady Little's lineup.

I traded him for Figgins a couple months ago thinking this exact thing would eventually happen. Nomar's one of my fav players, I hope he gets better soon, but he's pretty injury prone these days.

I just traded FOR him, and ignored his injury history, oh man is this bad

at LEAST five games for nomar probably means he's going on the DL....jeez

damn I have him in several of my teams but one of them I did trade him for Jeter and then turns around traded Jeter for Edgar Renteria and Oswalt. Then traded Oswalt and A Rod back to the original owner for M Carbrea and Jason Bay.....
