Yup. I'm excited to put him on the DL.

M. Ensberg
E. Chaves who should go on the d.l.

Repeating something I heard on MLB.com broadcast a few days ago -- the Cubs are/were toying with just shutting Lee down for the rest of the year. They are out of it. They can not/will not trade him and they want to avoid irrepairable long-term harm as they just singed him to a lucarative long-term contract.
It wouldn't surprise me.

Like i said before, they should just keep him on the DL for the rest of the year. For once, the cubbies are thinking!

not fair to say he's a bust this year considering he's never had a huge injury and he's a top 1st basemen in the league....i feel bad for the guy and i would actually feel bad for hte cubs and their fans except they mishandle every injury they have.

Are people dropping him now? I am seriously considering it. I have Matsui and Rios already taking up my 1 DL spot and a bench spot.

i was wandering the same thing. Is he safe to drop now? I have sexson at 1B and hafner at util, so D.Lee is only good if he's doing better than Sexson OR good to trade. Is he safe to drop now??!?!
