he is younger, plays where the fans LOVE HIM.

if giambi starts to suck again, he will never hear the end of it, so it will be harder for him.

Puljos plays in a park where the fans will allways love him and GIVE HIM SUPPORT

Before deiciding between those two, wait to see if Bonds, Pedro, Soriano, Randy Johnson, or Vlad somehow slips to you. If so, take him.

If you have to decide between Giambi or Pujols, take Pujols if he is elgible at 3B and Giambi if not. You might want to consider Helton. If he's in good condition he'll be better than either of those guys.

I think of the two you've named, Pujols would be the far better choice. Giambi is 31. Pujols has (and if LaRussa keeps up his dipsomaniacal managerial style will keep) multi-positional eligability. To me, the top 3 guys in a keeper league are Arod, Soriano, and Pujols. They're good now and will be for a while.
Although it depends how long you get to keep these players.

Hmm. Let's see. My 1-6 would be:

1. A-Rod
2. Vlad
3. Soriano
4. Pujols
5. Pedro
6. R. Johnson, C. Schilling, Bonds (these guys are getting up there in age though for a keeper league)

So, to answer your question, i would go with Pujols!

Not sure how much longer Pujols will be eligable for 3rd with Rolen in the fold, but I would bank on him to put up great numbers with his work ethics. Giambi still has a few years before he is on the decline and as of right now he has slightly better power #'s than pujols, but it will be a matter of time until Pujols catches him..and it might be this year! My vote is for Pujols because of age and willingness to improve himself!

Of those two I would take Pujols. He still qualifies at 3B this year and may qualify next year too.

I really like Giambi as he has been so solid. Pujols has given 2 spectacular years. If it were a 1 shot - 1 year deal, I think I have to go with Giambi - but in a keeper, I go with Pujols!

if its between Pujols and Giambi, you gotta go with Pujols. If Pedro was there i would definetely take him. He is a cut above the rest fo the pitchers.
