I do not give 2 farts on Papelbons numbers today because I blew out my opponent this week in my HTH league.. It's very fustrating to see Paps not be put in a situation like todays.. I mean come on, the Sox worked Timlin hard over the last few days all the while Paps had extended rest.. :-t to coaches decision...Thats all I was trying to say

So why not just post exactly that in the Sox Game Commentary thread and alleviate us of another Papelbon thread here in Leftovers? :-?

do you have to explain to every single person where threads go? i actually agree with you on this post, but i mean you do it constantly. we have mods for a reason.

I thought Hort was a mod :-?
If not, he should be.
I mean somebody needs to put all of Miners posts back where they belong ... in general talk.

he probably should be, i definetly wouldnt object to that. im just asking to give a break on the constant correcting. if you dont like the post dont read it and when the post is obviously out of place it will be moved.

When I see a thread like that, I simply blue card, and the post is a reminded to the poster that he was incorrect and hopefully won't repeat the same mistake in the future. Just an effort to try and keep things as managable as possible. I'm no moderator, but that's no reason to not try and help out around this place. ;-D

Now, back to Miner vs wrveres... I'm gonna grab my popcorn. :-D

PS - wrveres has not been in General Talk in quite sometime -- this is fact.

Francona is misusing him, that is Papelbon time. Timlin had a tough inning before with that "play" and really you dont bring a guy out after that, especially a 40 year old guy.

Of course Francona the worst manager in the league doesn't use logic and throws him out anyway.

It is suprising Papelbon wasnt used because Francona has used him in tied game situations a lot earlier in the year.
