I need more playing time!

Sometime no matter how hard you try or how well you do. You don't get consistent playing time or are not placed in the proper position. So what are some players that deserves an everyday starting gig/spot in the rotation/insertion into more important later inning situation/to be the closer that's being snubbed and wasted away on the bench or less important situations?

1)Jon Rauch-Washington Nationals
Former top pitching prospect with the White Sox. I still have an obsession with this guy. One of the tallest if not the tallest player in the majors. The White Sox completely ruined his confidence before he was traded to the Expos and he followed by posting 2 decent but injury laddened season. His problem has always been all kind of different injuries but he has been able to stay healthy this year and posting a 3.30 ERA so far. The WHIP is a bit high at 1.30, but before the recent rough strech he was great. Yet with that kind of effort he's still stuck behind such notables as Ramon Ortiz and Pedro Astacio in the rotation depth chart. Seems like the Nats are determined to stick him in the pen(not in important situations either, he's not the setup guy) and would rather spot start guys like Roy Corcoran instead when a SP goes down.

What are some others that's not getting deserved pa like they should?

the guy did dominate in 2000 and has sucked ever since. he was 22 at the time the sox called him up. how long were they supposed to wait?

Corey Hart, OF, Milwaukee Brewers -- The guy has done nothing but hit since his callup, even when given the difficult task of playing so very irregularly. Prior to today he was hitting .356/.404/.442 in 52 AB. He was 2-4 today. He's big (6'6" 205 lbs), fast (4 SB thus far, 33 last year in AAA), has easy doubles power with the frame and pop to develop big HR power, and can play a multitude of positions (has played 1st, 3rd, and all 3 OF spots in his career). My brother and I call him "the forgotten prospect", as the team has made every effort to accomodate Prince, Rickie, and JJ while letting Hart sit, despite his superlative minor league numbers. At the very least he should be platooning in RF with Geoff Jenkins, who's fantastic numbers against righties (.305/.364/.470) are offset by abysmal numbers against lefties (.133/.241/.200)
