wow, that is a young team... I am not a huge fan of Cain, though he is quite young, and has great stuff. I personally think Marte's stock is going to skyrocket when he gets the starting job, so I would keep him...though you have Zimmerman so you don't really need another 3B.
sorry I meander sometimes... I think you can get more if you wait, Cain has shown some flashes, but so did Daniel Cabrera (and I am still smarting from Oliver Perez's implosion) and I would rather try to move Marte for someone who is more consistent...

Cabrera is a bad example. Most young pitchers struggle wih control at first. Cain will figure it out sooner rather than later and will be an ace when he does. Plus, you have Zimmerman.
C: Pierzynski 1B: Pujols 2B: Altuve 3B: Miggy SS: HanRam OF (x3): CarGo, M. Bourn, D. Jennings UTIL (x2): E. Encarnacion, C. Hart BN: Cuddyer, C. Ross, J. Montero
If you can compare Cain to Cabrera and Ollie than I can compare Cain to a right handed Johan. Neither make too much sense because Cain is no where close as bad with control as either Cabrera or Ollie. Marte is the future at 3B for the Indians, but last I heard he's struggling with the glove this year. And his offensive number, though good, is not off the roof good(790ish OPS, though with very good ISOP). And if Marte struggle for an extended period of time(unlikely, I know. But stranger things have happened). They have somebody named Kevin Kouzmanoff hitting .401/.455/.687 in AA. Cain is in the majors right now and enjoying success. You have Zimmerman at the corner, I don't see why you shouldn't do this
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.
Just read the new update about Marte... Really makes me want to kep him. Is this positively the best decision for my team. I also have the #1 waiver priority in my league, and plan on using it on Gordon in Sept.
You wouldn't have said Perez was totally wild say two years ago... my point is that young pitchers with control problems are unpredictable, and that a young stud hitter will be more predictably better, so if you are giving up a more sure thing, then I think you should go for a more proven SP (a month ago I would have said Dan Haren but he has struggled recently). With your depth at 3B I think dealing Marte is the right decision, I am just not sure now (before he comes up) is the right time, or if Cain is the right guy.
