Depends where and the opposition. I would likely start both if they're both studs.

Start them both, and hope someone scores an unearned run early. You don't want to leave the winner on the bench, that's for sure! So you may as well start them both and hope for lots of Ks.

If the matchup is favorable, then I start both and hope for a 1-0 game with the run unearned.
