If not for his suspension, he'd probably be Tampa's RFer right now. He'll get a September call-up and begin 2007 as Tampa's RF.

And with the Huff trade, it is possible he could be up even earlier if Wigginton cannot hack it.

The rays are trying to teach Delmon that no one is above the franchise. Upton should get called up in a couple weeks, and then it will be between Dukes and Young. Dukes has had troubles of his own so who knows.
