Rios may not come back full strength...apparently he lost a lot of weight with the infection, so his power could be gone. I'd see if you can't trade him to someone right before he comes back, and get value for his numbers.

Same here. I think he will get back up to speed, but it might take a good month or so. I picked up Thames in the meantime.
