Bad advice from the cafe?

I'm just curious. I'd love a list of really bad advice or uninformed opinions you've gotten from the cafe. Off the top of my head, I remember the cafe thinking the Giants got the best of the Pierzynski for Liriano/Nathan trade and also I think we all remember the Matt Riley bandwagon.

Obviously, there is a lot of good advice here. But I'm more interested lately in the bad advice. Any examples?

There's a lot of logic that has made sense before the fact, but theres so many unpredictable things that will happen in baseball even "informed" advice becomes garbage

I remember being one of the few who didn't think that Greinke was the second coming of Maddux and also being the only one to suggest that this Howie Kendrick fellow might just be a top MI prospect.

Do you have any specific examples? I'm just collecting.

I believe I said I thought Crede would have a Beltre-lite year last year. I guess I was a year early though he was money in the playoffs last year.

Well, I used waiver claims in 2 leagues (one of them really high) on Cole Hamels, because the Cafe seemed convinced that he was so great they'd have to rename the Cy Young award the Cole Hamels award.
