In all honesty, Upton is like his brother, BJ. Loads of potential, knows it, and doesn't always show up. The only reason he is ranked ahead of Bruce, Maybin, and Gonzalez is based on pure name and hype. Gonzalez has broken out in a BIG way this season. Bruce, Maybin, and Gozalez are the best OF prospects in their "class." (When Young, Butler, and Milledge move up).
Upton has not performed. Hype and tools can only take you so far; you need to start performing to be considered TOP.
At 19, Bruce has showed BIG TIME power at A+. if you have to, I'd drop Upton for him. Try hard to add both Maybin and Bruce, and keep an eye on Gonzalez. If he can develop his contact rate and become a little more patient at the plate, and decide to show up EVERY day, he'll skyrocket.

Also, promote Quentin and Pelfrey to the bigs. This should open a few roster spots on your MiLB squad.
You may not want to hear this, but I'd consider dropping Elbert. He reminds me a LOT of Daniel Cabrera. His control is awful. The Dodgers have had quite a few pitching prospects, but they always fail to develop control. The system does not develop pitchers well.
Hitters are much more predictable and certain as well. I'd rather have Tabata or something.
