How about this ... I call Prior will pitch 8 innings, allowing only three scattered singles, and strike out 13 while running up 120 pitches. Borowski will come into the 2-0 game in the bottom of the ninth, give up consecutive triples to Pujols, Edmonds, and Rolen, then allow a GW walkoff HR to Renteria. So I get ... 8 IP, 0.00 WHIP, 0.00 ERA, 13 K, 1-4, R for Pujols, 1-4, HR, R, 2 RBI for Renteria. Not bad.
If you are just deciding between those two guys then I would prob put Reyes in for tonite & tonite only. Renteria is 0-6 lifetime vs. Prior. I know that doesn't mean too much but I think it is worth the try.
