Any Other Pine Tar Incidents Waiting to Happen?

Has anyone noticed flagarant unenforced rule violations being perpetrated by some of today's players? Just curious. I noted two fairly obvious cases last weekend.

EDGAR MARTINEZ: I've never seen so much pine tar on a bat. It covered 3/4 of the wood. I also saw a KC player with a similar stick, I can't remember who.

MARQUIS GRISSOM: I don't have the rule book in front of me, but I'm pretty sure that having about 20 pounds of tape on the end of your bat handle constitutes a counterweight, which is illegal.

In his case it doesn't seem to help much!
