I'm afraid Willis will win the NL ROY, not Webb. I wish Webb would win, but he's not gained the attention of the media as Willis has.
Also, I'm going to go with Baldelli over Matsui as ROY in the AL.
One thing...why is Matsui considered a rookie? This is not his first year to play big league ball...it is in the US, but not in the bigs. Anyway, I think this rule should be changed.

Matsui is considered a rookie because the rules right now don't eliminate players coming over who have played pro ball in other countries. Ichiro, Nomo and Sasaki have all won ROY in the past.
However, this year I think it will be different, because Matsui has not been the kind of impact player that Ichiro and Nomo were in their rookie seasons. If anything, he has been a bit of a disappointment, and is a decent outfielder, but definitely nothing special. Baldelli will take it home this year.
If the AL MVP is not manny or Ichiro (who runs the risk of being dubbed "not even the MVP of his team because of bret boone) it could be a huge surprise. I mean, the A's dont have anybody having a big enough offensive year to garner MVP votes, the yanks have a couple big offensive names that could snag the honor and steal votes from each other, nomar and manny can steal votes from each other as well. The twins dont have a standout hitter this year either. Don't rule out a guy like Beltran getting a few whispers. I also wouldn't be surprised to hear a couple people lobbying to get some MVP votes to a pitcher, a-la 86 Clemens when he won both awards going 24-4 with a gazillion strikeouts. The actual most valuable player this year may actually be Esteban Loaiza who has been terrific all year even when the white sox offense struggled, thuogh it is doubtful he will get that honor.

ROY- Matsui/ Matsui
MVP- anyone but Ichiro (Boone, Nomar, Giambi all deserve it more than him)/ Ichiro
Cy Young- Loaiza(I don't like him, but he deserves it)/ Halladay
NL
ROY- Webb/ Willis (booo!) MVP- Pujols/ Bonds
Cy Young- anyone but Ortiz (Schmidt, Prior)/ Smoltz (though I think some of the starters and even Gagne are more deserving)
