please help me analyze my team

here is my roster, it is from a yahoo fantasy baseball league where you get points for runs scored, home runs, rbis, stolen bases, avg, wins, saves, k's, whip, and era. you play against another team for a week. i'm in last place, but i feel i have many components to win here. i generally do well in runs, hrs, rbis, wins, saves, and k's, but my team is very incosistent. i have trouble with stolen bases, avg., whip, and era. any suggestions on who to drop, who to pick up, or who to trade, and who to trade them for. i would appreciate it a lot guys. i am new to the site, but i hope to help other people out as well.
