yeah teddy's right...how bout instead of randomly demwarriors, you just unbreak the tie yourself....you can just decide who's going to be 12 or 13...for 1. its not that big a deal, and 2, you dont want a "random decision" and have the 2 best sigs going up against each other in the 1st round...

And who is on this council? How would that be decided? Also having the opinions of 5 people on a "council" is a lot different then a majority vote where everyone gets a say, which was the point of this to start.

From what I see this isn't going to happen, but just for the hell of it. I'd say the council would be of 5 random artists on the opposite division. Like division A council would decide on the division B sigs and vice versa. It doesn't have to be that hard. No need to be cynical about every suggestion.

No need to call me cynical. I just didn't like this idea. Am I not allowed to disagree? Sorry if I'm not...I thought I was allowed to post my opinion. :-t
