Like a lot of folks in leagues with two catchers, I spend an inordinate amount of time weighing poor options at the position.
Trying to get a good solid read on Javy Lopez -- has he officially had it? Injuries, power drop etc... would a trade help? Who would have an interest in him? Just looking for some general insight thoughts on this guy. I'm a tight race and a few HRs +- across the rest of the year could decide things.
He's on the wire with Oliva. Trying to choose -- but also want any general comments on Lopoez's upside.

I've followed Lopez fairly closely since he came to B'more. In my opinion he is done. He was already in decline just based on age and the wear and tear of catching. The back injury killed him. A bum back completely saps your power because you lose your torque.
I'd take Olivo.
Let's go O's. Let's go Mets.
