I'm not too familiar with dynasty leagues but I'll try my best...

Pods has been down this year, but I'm assuming dynasty league means you care about future years too, and so as a whole I really like your outfield, catcher and first base situations. Ortiz and Helton will be guys to watch in future years and try to move once they start to decline for younger talent, but I certainly think they have a few good years left.

Similarly, you've done a great job of assembling a young pitching staff. You could clearly use a little more talent there right now, but I'd rather be in your shoes that holding a bunch of aging aces in a league that goes past this year.

I'm less impressed by your infield; it's not necessarily bad, but just seems very average. I think if it were me the first move I'd consider is trying to trade Isringhausen for some more starting pitching that can help you in the present, or perhaps for more infield help. Closers are the easiest position to replace since injuries/slumps bring new guys to the forefront all the time -- I wouldn't expect guys like Papelbon to reliably come out of the blue every year, but each year guys like Otsuka or Putz seem to come along and at least provide respectable relief numbers for dirt cheap.
