I also been hearing that Detroit is also looking in to trying to get Soriano. If Thames is involved in a trade for either Abreu or Soriano (if it happens), will he have an immediate impact for whatever team he goes to?

I did read that Mornea hurt himself in today's game and is expected to at least miss a few:

Dmitri Young could come off the DL and get the start at designated hitter on Friday. Jul. 20 - 5:56 pm et
I just got him but am having some serious power outage issues across the board with one of my teams so I hope he can pick up some of the slack.
