waht about loduca for lecroy, with no other option for a drop. loduca is the weakest batter on my team.

I wouldn't. Lo Duca is a top 5-10 catcher still and will surely be claimed. Minnesota's lineup has been in constant flux and you don't know how long LeCroy will be playing every day. If Jones gets injured again and needs to be DHed, he gets benched, and if LeCroy gets cold, he will be benched for someone like Mohr. With Lo Duca you know that he will be in the lineup almost every day.

YESSS!!!! 2 run HR by Hammock!!! That's huge from the catcher position. He could have had more if he wasn't HBP with men on first and second in the first inning.

I agree, Hammock is looking great... I'm going to pick him up too...
The hitter asks the owner to give him a big raise so he can go somewhere he's never been, and the owner says "You mean third base?"

I wasn't trying to pimp Hammock as anybody's starter over LoDuca. For MY situation, where LoDuca is my 2nd best C, and I need to make up a few starts at C (Kendall and LoDuca almost ALWAYS have the same off day), Hammock was a good one-day option. He was never going to be on my roster more than a day. I'd much rather have LoDuca for the rest of the year.
Hammock MAY have recently gained some extended looks at C, but I doubt he'll play as often as LoDuca. I'm not sure the D-Backs have an everyday guy.
