Not sure, maybe for the same reason you made two posts about the same thing?
They were confused and had nothing better to do ...
But in all seriousness I have no idea. Their reasoning would probably be we wanted an extra infielder who could run well. Though the Angels despite all their prospects haven't shown to be too good at breaking them in to the majors. If your going to bring up someone though, I feel you have to give them a few starts and not let them into the game in the 9th when it is already over. It doesn't do much for their overall developement IMO.
