Well, he got the win, I'll say that for him. The kid was throwing bp out there, we just had the good luck that (A) they hit enough right at an ANgel, and (B) the Angels were raking all night so we could afford to see how long this kid's luck lasted. I'll say this for him, he throws strikes and he changes speed ok, which was his saving grace, because he doesn't have an out pitch. The kids needs more cooking down in AAA. He needs an out pitch, a slider, splitter, cutter, something that hitters hate swinging at. Because I'm telling you, the kid was lucky. He left on so many baserunners I don't even want to count.
