Another rumour that i heard from the Toronto Star is the Jays are interested in RHP Gil Meche. I don't know what the mariners want for him, but he could help bolster our pitching staff.

Another rumour flying around is the Chicago Cubs want to move Greg Maddux. I don't think the Cubs would want much in return for him. Anybody think the Jays have a shot at landing him. Personally I think he would be a good 5th starter for our team.

I doubt they'll bring SS back. As for Speier..well I think they will probably evaluate League/Accardo's progress throughout the rest of this year and decide if they still need Justin for next season.
