Troy Glaus left Sunday's game after four innings with an apparent leg injury...

It is his left knee, which he has many problems with throughout his career. He just needs more rest. He played the entire last season with the same injury.

Its just knee tendonitis - nothing serious - he should be back in a game or two.

he's due to miss several games to rest his knee... risky start this week... could hit DL if worse..

This won't fully recover any time soon, right? And this seems to be the cause for his lower performance in June-July. It's too bad because he's got SS eligibility now...

Manager John Gibbons said Sunday that he "may need to give [Troy Glaus] a couple of days off" to rest his injured knee.
"Patellar tendinitis is what they're calling it," Gibbons said. "He'll get checked out tomorrow and we'll see where we're at. It's been bugging him on and off for the last month or so."

His injury history with the ANgels put him on the "do not draft list" the last several years, and of course, he raked pretty good the past few years. I hope this is just a minor thing, he's a good guy that (other than his because of his injury history) I hated to see go.
