20 teams
There will be a lottery to decide the draft order. In the first draft each person will select a team and get their roster. Then there will be a 10 round draft following that, to select the remaining players.

Cost: undecided, but b/w 10-20
Stats will be played out on Sportsline
Everything else will be on proboards
