Tempted to punt steals... need sage roto advice! WHIR

In my 12-team 5x5 roto keeper I'm DEAD last in steals (18 SBs behind 11th place). My roster is below --- I'm currently in 7th overall and I'm confident I can vault into the top three with resurgent performances from some of my underachieving stars (top 3 standing will put me in the money! -- this is all I'm trying to accomplish).

I'm debating the idea of punting steals, which would entail dealing Soriano for a higher average slugger comparable to Soriano in runs, RBI, and homers, but irrelevant in the SB department. For example, Soriano for Ortiz (if the other owner would accept)? A-Rod? Maybe Hafner? Does anyone advocate such a manuever? Thanks, it's been puzzling me all season and I'll be glad to take a stab at your questions.

punting steals mat be the best thing, 18 steals is a lot to make up to just get into 11th.

I don't think you could get either Ortiz or ARod but maybe Hafner
