whats strange is the rangers really were hoping to get him into the lineup when he got healthy, but his contract had an opt out if he wasnt on the big league roster by x date, i'm wondering if he had the same thing with the yankee's. the guy must truely think he can contribute to a major league team this year, or just can't accept that he isnt the player he once was.
