Sig Request "Home Grown"

I'd like to get a new sig. Could someone make me one when they have some free time?

I'd like to to have 3 players pictures in it, Francoeur, McCann and Chuck James.

I;d like to have their names near thier pictures and "Home Grown" in bigger font somewhere on the sig.

looks pretty cool, do you think you could put a different background on it? maybe something a little darker and not so bright. Also when I goto put it in my sig it says the file is too large.
