From Rotowire;
Rodriguez has been shifted to the bullpen with Taylor Buchholz staying in the rotation, according to the Astros' official site. Phil Garner says he wants another left-hander available in relief, but it's not hard to see that Buchholz has been pitching well of late and Rodriguez has not. Garner hasn't said anything definitive yet but it's been implied that Rodriguez might not get back into the rotation when the Astros need a fifth starter again.
And someone in my league just grabbed him too

It's believed Wandy will be back in the rotation by next week as a fifth starter.

It wont be for long because he'll be back out of there again when Brandon Backe gets off the DL soon
