I would agree with the advice you've already received but with a bit of a different take. You don't necessarily need power in CBS's H2H format -- since it's points based you can have a team of all basestealers or all homerun hitters or whatever as long as they produce consistently enough in their strong area to make up for weaknesses. You don't have categories to lose like in roto, after all.
That said, I'm not crazy about Ibanez or Crede at the bottom of that lineup and so I'd look for another big bat anyhow. Knowing CBS's format pretty well, I'd also consider rotating pitchers in and out with some frequency to try to take advantage of 2-start periods. Essentially, the pitchers at the back end of your staff are guys I'd drop and then pickup again as the matchups dictate.
