You have to feel for the guy, all that potential and he just can't stay healthy.

I'm not a physical therapist or anything, but Prior should just take 2 years off from any and all baseball activity and try to make a comeback when his body has patched itself back together. This has to be as hard on his mind as it is on his body.

I love this guy, but come on! Only bright side i can see is that he lets his oblique rest so he can freakin throw his breaking ball and make himself more effective. So much talent wasted in such a brittle man. If I was him, I'd find anyway to get out of the Cubs.

As a Cubs fan, this is so frustrating, he hurt himself during BP for crying out loud. I know pitchers or some take pride in hitting, but when you as fragile as Prior seems to be, maybe you shouldnt be worrying about how your hitting instead worry about staying healthy enough to help your team pitching.

This year is lost anyway, the Cubs are on their way to starting the 2nd half must like the 1st half, with a loss. "Wait Til Next Year" as we hear each and every year.
