Postby yankeekd25 » Thu Jul 13, 2006 9:41 pm

Tonight he's given up 5 runs against Cleveland.

This is my lineup/ rotation... SHould i not worry about tonite and keep him, or is he showing signs of coming back down to earth and sell him asap?

Liriano is the real deal, so I'm not sure if there's such a thing as selling high on him. This game tonight was due at some point this season, hard to imagine him being invincible forever. With all that said, he's still an amazing pitcher. If you want to move him, make sure you get some 1st or 2nd round talent in return and nothing less.

I wouldnt unless you receive an unbelievable offer. Its only one start against a good offensive team and he did had 6 Ks in 5 innings.

I think tonight had something to do with an extremely busy break.

I wouldnt trade any starting pitchers if i were you. I would try to package some bench players for another pitcher or an offensive upgrade (fielder, swisher)

If you're in a keeper, any Liriano owner should try to spin him for two excellent pitchers while you can.

He's clearly worthless... Giving up 5 runs, 4 earned?!? Who does that?!
