Gary Sheffield- Any new news?

Anything new regarding Gary Sheffield. Last I heard he was going to attempt to return Sept. 1st. Just curious as I have a chance to pick him up and DL him until he's healthy.

i would really like to hear some info too. On either sheffield or matsuhi (sp?). I recently dropped gagne from my DL spot and MacD. just came off the DL, so now I have Cano on the DL. But once he is better, I would like to place either mat or shef in my DL spot
