The comment about Quentin is true. He may make a couple of All-Star teams, but he won't be a perennial presence on the team. He doesn't have outstanding power, but it is good, so 25 is a good guess. He'll probably have a few seasons at or near 30, but won't consistently hit 30. He is a good hitter who should hit around .300. A lot of his value lies in his defense.

I would say that is about right for Quentin. His peak is not as high as some of the other players in the minors. He will be a good ball player, just not a great one like the Dbacks other 3 outfielders could become.
