What do I need to do...I can't seem to move up

I have made 105 roster moves, and 5 trades to get this team. Do I just wait or do I try and improve at any of these positions?

I was thinking of dropping cuddyer for beltre

Solid team, but I don't like B. Phillips (he's good now, but look at his history of sub-par hitting...he can't keep this up) or Cuddyer in your lineup. Who else is on the WW in your league at 3rd and 2nd? As far as your pitching, I think you have a pretty good staff, and should try to leave that alone as much as possible.

who would you drop...phillips? he has done alright so far. and like an idiot I just traded for him.

I would upgrade 2nd and 3rd - Cuddyer is great as a spot starter because of his versatility, but would try to do better - can't say I am a Philips fan either - who else is availble to you at 2nd?

I would drop Sosa for Lowell (unless there is better out there for 2nd) - you got a good set of closers already - Beltre supposedly has strong 2nd halfs, but for some reason, none of the leagues I am in have him in their lineups, so there may be something I am missing there......
