He has been very good during the first half. What do you think he will do during the second half? I'm thinking of picking him up as im in a keeper league and will lose Utley at the end of the season.

Can't you trade Utley rather than simply dropping him outright?

im in a dogfight for first place in my league. i cant trade utley i need his production. i would drop lugo at my middle infield position for kinsler. while everyone loves lugo, he is absolutely killing me with his errors. he's an awful defensive player. every error lugo makes offsets every two stolen bases and hr's. this is really odd but i can see the league championship coming down to defense.

dont be surprised if kinsler drops off a bit. he is definitely a solid fantasy worthy 2b, but hes not a .325 hitter or whatver hes at right now.

probably a contract league, where you sign players to contracts and Utley's probably a free agent in his league after this year.

Kinsler is batting in the 2nd order of the lineup again. This is like the 3rd time he's hit 2nd in a short period of time. I think he's earned the chance to play there all year, and if he does, he could be even more valuable (more at bats, base stealing, runs, protection)
