Who should I pick up for my 24th round pick for next year?

My 17-19 round selections next year will be Hideki Matsui, possibly Delmon Young if he gets called up soon and either J. Weaver or Chris Young(SD pitcher)

Should I try to get a top prospect pitcher like Hughes or Bailey or go with someone like B. Wood or S. Drew(Drew possibly best bet of early playing time)

I'd probably go with a pitcher next, Hughes or Bailey, really just choose who you like more as both are very good. If you want a bat I would probably go with Drew. I may be one of the very few who is completely scared of Wood and those strikeouts. He might well get exposed if he gets brought up to the bigs too soon.
