Cliche is a pretty confusing word to me, hopefully I'm not the only one.

Interesting list, but some are hardly cliche. I don't hear the terms "tantamount to" or "kerfuffle" being tossed around that often.

You know what word grinds my gears: "AMAZING". I don't go through a single day where I don't read or hear that damn word 40 times a day. Amazing is annoying!

Yeah I know it's not a cliche, but "Amazing" is amazingly overused.

'Cliche' is much more vague than 'outside the box' and 'take one for the team'.
