don't do it!!! look at it this way...where is crawford going to play at? you would have to bench either cuddyer or sizemore...so thats not really a benefit...ortiz is a big time hitter, but D Lee will comeback with a big time 2nd half...and you would replace DAVID WRIGHT with atkins, talk about taking a BLOW...and finally you drop possibly the best SP in the league right now and replace him with what? nothing, you go from a potentially untouchable starting staff to a good starting staff...that trade no matter if big pappi hits 70 homers isn't worth it

I agree, Atkins is below the level of all the other players involved.

I wouldn't do more from the point of not having Liriano anymore. Your staff would take a serious hit. Crawford is much better than Cuddyer at Util but Atkins is significantly lower than Wright. No.
