Need Pitching Help

What trades should I attempt to make? Generally the players I've looked to trade have been Crisp, Figgins, or Kent. What kind of pitcher should I look to get for them? Also I will have to cut someone from the team when Sheets comes off the DL, any advice on who to drop?

It's a 10 team 5x5 head to head league.

youre pitchers look very solid, and they should do very good the second half, Kazmir has been a huge suprise to me. If you need to make roster room i would put together a trade package w/ crisp and kent for a good OF and/or starter
