The June 2005 issue of Beckett Baseball has that card going for $350-$600, depending on its condition.
ya, i was thinkin of that, i just send it through the mail??? If it was it would at best be maybe a 6, or 6.5
Buy a Beckett price guide and follow the steps to get it graded.
If you only think it will be a 6 or 6.5, I'm not sure I'd go to the trouble though.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I disagree. A card that old in that shape is still worth a pretty penny. A 6.5 of an old card isn't equal to a 6.5 of a new one.
that statement is correct, w/e, ill grade it
Personally, I'd most likely have it graded as well, but 6 ish is somewhat common for older cards. I was just thinking that it wouldn't make a drastic difference in the value of the card. If it's close to gem mint, then that affects the value in a huge way. 6 ish raises the value, but not nearly as drastically, so some people would rather not go to the trouble and just sell it as is. That's all I was trying to get across. If you're an avid collector, then absolutely, get it graded. If not, I probably wouldn't worry about it and just sell it as is.

Just went to a Noah Lowry Autograph show, and got his autograph on a new MLB baseball. I'll post a picture later on. Its nothing to make anyone drop their jaw, but hes my fav player.
Funny thing is, I was drinking this fruit smoothie the whole time I was in line and when Noah asked me how I was doing I couldn't pronounce a word becuase my lips were mouthed shut from the smoothie. I sounded like a dork.
My fave that I got is a Torii Hunter game used autographed bat or my Jim Calhoun signed baseball (thats right--baseball). But I share a collection with my dad. He has 2 OJ Simpson rookie cards, a bball program signed by Cousy, Russell, and Auerbach, and tons of other autographed stuff.
