Announced a little while ago that he has a partially torn right rotator cuff. Shut down for 4-6 weeks without throwing OR scope and shut down the rest of the season. Either way, he's more than likely not going to pitch again in '06.

I had him earlier in the season and kept him through his first DL, thinking that he would come off the DL strong, but wasn't great and ends up going back on the DL. And hearing that there was a possibility of him going to be out for the rest of the season, I decided to cut him. I'm glad I did from hearing that it's almost definate that he will not play for the rest of '06.
