Picks his own guy to take Pedro's spot instead of Capuano.
The guy just throws a complete game shutout and gets snubbed over Oswalt. I hate Phil Garner

I want to see as few players, especially pitchers, from my favorite team and from my fantasy team play in the all star game as possible.
Two reasons:
1. Dizzy Dean
2. Ray Fosse
The all star game is a joke and means nothing. Having your guy, in this case Capuano, fresh and ready to go when meaningful games resume is much more favorable.

Couldn't agree more... Would rather have them get the extra midseason rest, than have a freak injury.. Only to have Selig call the game a tie
Plus with a snub, imagine the 2nd half motivation

Rest is definately the key for the players during the all star break, especially for the ones that have some kinks and bruises throughout the first half.
