you should list the big names on your free agent pool if you want detailed help, but this is what i would do:
1. you dont need 2 catchers. trade away varitek or drop him and start mauer everyday.
2. drop rowand. he hasnt done anything this year and his struggle continues. im sure there are better OFs in a 12 team league.
3. do you really want to keep inge? he is an avg. killer and having dunn is enough for killing avgs. use that bench spot for a pitcher or a speedster.
4. you really need some pitching help. i'd package garcia+varitek for a better pitcher, but i dont know if anyone would take garcia. maybe you should keep your top starters and keep spot starting good matchups. harden's comeback should provide a good boost though. i'd keep buherle, glavine, harden, reyes (for now), maybe garcia (if he improves) and keep spot starting the spots vacated by el duque and westbrook. if you can sell high on glavine, do it to get a better pitcher.
well I defintiely agree with the Rowand and Varitek, Inge is a killer, but if he is the best 3B available, then you may want to keep him and ur FA list doesnt have squat on it.... if anyone I would pick up Jenkins and he is a typical 2nd half player.... which SP and RP are there....... you defintely need some SP help and hopefully Harden comes back healthy and can produce.... the ATL closer situation is a mess so if there is another decent closer out there get rid of him, a good smaller name SP to look at is Chuck James/ATL and Lester/BOS if they are there.... a Julio or Carmona for a closer might be what you need as it sounds that Wickman may get traded
What I post is my OPINION, I have never said I was a expert, you asked for help, I gave you my help.
Try moving Glavine and a bat (maybe Baldelli) for a better SP... while a stud SP like Schilling/Santana/Pedro/Zambrano may be hard to get, I would consider trying to target Smoltz, maybe Penny or Webb. Another option is to trade Buerhle for a better SP, using maybe Buerhle + a bat to get a stud. Buerhle is all name, no game this year, and his perceived value may be higher than his actual value.

Thanks for the feedback, but what SP should I go for?
