2006 MLB Draft Dynasty Help

Hey, my dynasty league is having a minor league draft coming up soon. The pool of players to choose from is those who were drafted in the 2006 MLB Draft.

I'm wondering if someone can run me a top ten overall list of who I should pick in the draft (I have pick #4) and if you could also create a top five or so list of players who are closest to being major league ready.

The 2006 Draft kinda sucked. Hochevar was the best pitcher available in the 2005 pool, which was a better pool than this one, so he's still the best pitcher in the draft pool this year. Miller is better than Morrow who is better than Reynolds and Lincoln. I'd put Longoria after Hochevar and Miller. The position player with the highest upside is Stubbs, moreso than Longoria. Tim Lincecum is good, but he's short, but the Giants could have him pitch this fall. Bard is a Top 10 talent. I'd draft some of those international players first if you could, if you miss on Hochevar and Miller.
