Jersey/T-Shirt question

I don't know if this has been asked before, but does anyone know who makes or what type of T-shirts players wear under their vest jerseys? Most of them have those weird dotted designs on the elbows or a patch of the team logo on the outside of the shoulder.

I just bought a couple of Pirates jerseys, so I'm looking to see what I can wear underneath them (besides normal black T-shirts ).

I didn't want to start a whole new thread for this, but I'm interested in getting my wife a Boston Braves jersey or shirt, but I haven't had any luck finding one.

Some history: She grew up an avid Braves fan, but turned into a Red Sox fan upon meeting, and finally agreeing to marry, me. She still roots for the Braves, but, as far as MLB goes, this is definitely a Red Sox home.

Anyone know where I can find one of these? I've searched eBay and elsewhere and can't find anything.

LOL I'm actually wearing what the Rockies wear underneath their sleaveless jersey's right now. Its a kind of Nike underarmor type thing I guess. Black and grey with the Rockies logo in the middle and as you mentioned the kind of dot patterns on the sleeves. Wear it with my Helton black sleeveless to the games, including last night's rain delay (the uniforms seem to not get wet from the rain, which makes sense I guess)

Anyways, I bought this and the jersey at the Rockies Dugout store. Basically its just a Rockies store, I think they have like 4 of them here in Colorado. Not sure if anywhere else has anything similar, but I'd assume so.
