Lots of good moves but going with Crede at 3b which allowed me to deal Rolen for VERY good picks next year is probably the best one.

reading the writing on the wall a month ago and letting Ensberg go. Picked up Freddie Sanchez. Not a lot of pop but that average is sweet

Lucky Moves- Grabbed Uggla, Hanley Ramirez, Corey Patterson off the WW in most leagues

Drafted in late rounds Thome, Glavine, Giambi, Garciaparra (also added Garcia in a few leagues where he was dropped.)

I also traded Cantu, Chipper Jones and Lyle Overbay for Alfonso Soriano, Scott Rolen and Jeff Francouer

Made other solid moves like Lidge for Kazmir, Pujols for Beltran and Ichiro.

Made some other moves but those are some of my best

Dumb moves counter-acted by smart (or lucky) moves:

2 of my 3 closers drafted were Gagne and MacDougal !+) . Replaced off the WW with Papelbon and Chris Ray :-)

Other good moves are similar to most of yours: drafting Thome in the 10th round, picking up Verlander and Glavine off WW, picking up Nomar right before he came off the DL (someone else just dropped him)

Easily the luckiest thing I did preseason was trade Tex for Miggy. I made sense for my needs, because I needed a 3B and I knew that I could get D. Lee in the free-agent draft. This deal turned out to be awesome.

Someone offered me Verlander for Burgos a while ago when Burgos was given the closer job in KC. I nearly fell out of my chair rushing to hit 'accept.'

In late May I almost dropped J Morneau -- I was ONE click away from dropping him for some WW stiff. The Cafe was really down on him and I was fed up....but I stuxk with him and now it's paying off.
