Should I roll with this for awhile? Two more moves I was pondering are:

1. Drop Phillips Add B Roberts
2. Trade Carpenter and Julio for D Wright
Drop Youk add Hemida/Cain/Blanton or Roberts

I like the way your new team looks first of all. However, you are going to need to improve that infield. This is where I think you have two options. One is to fold this season and work on getting some big name keepers - like David Wright there. The other option is to keep on fighting, if you feel you have a chance. Eitherway, I like that David Wright trade for you. It pretty much gives you a 4 keeper punch of Ortiz-Wright-Bay- and Wells/Sheets/Other. Carpenter doesnt have as many prime seasons left in him as Wright does and I truly believe Wright will be a force for you for a LONG time.
On the free agents you mentioned, I like both Hermida and Roberts. Roberts to plug-into that infield and Hermida to stash away and see if he plays his way into that 4th keeper spot.
