Dumbest thing you've done all season?

I accepted a trade giving up Kenny Rogers and Jose Contreras for Vernon Wells, Tim Hudson, and Willy Taveras. Then realizing when it was too late that I could've gotten Wells straight up for either pitcher. But I was to quick with the button seeing Wells.

Had a chance to deal Peralta straight up for Thome before the season, but turned it down.

Traded Jeter and Lilly for Vazquez, Kotsay, and Uribe. I have no idea what I was thinking.

This other guy in my league made two trades with another team that have to be considered nothing less than an azz-raping.

First (in about the second week of the season) was Thome, Zumaya, Soriano (Seattle), McCarthy, and Johjima for Harden, Pierzynski, Politte, Rondell White, and Kotchman.

Second trade, about two weeks later - Kazmir, Jenks, and Anderson (Chisox) for Cordero (texas), Soriano (Seattle), and Nevin
