I will admit, in the world of Eve, perception > reality.

Quick update: Three ISS outposts have fallen with another expected to fall in another day or two. ISS Navy successfully defended the 5th outpost and it remains in ISS hands for now. There has been no major effort by anyone to come to ISS's aid.
